Monitoring & Rebooting

Administering a server can be a difficult job. You either have to do the work on your own , in other words devote your time to monitoring your VPS, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party solution whose sole duty will be to monitor your Virtual Private Server. And that is precisely where our Admin Services offer will help you out. With it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–developed server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the key processes. And in the event of any service trouble, our server administrators will be warned momentarily and they will solve the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your hosted content is necessary – you never know when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Admin Services option, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you having to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups will be held on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. Thus your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up special software apps on it. And if this sounds like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Admin Services package, is the ideal thing for you. Using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our knowledgeable sysadmins who will install any software package or take care of any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an extra feature.
